- The journal's copyright and publication are reserved to the Economic and Social Research Bureau. It is not permissible to publish, quote from, or reprint it except after obtaining a written permission from the Economic and Social Research Bureau.

- The scientific works submitted for publication in the journal become the right of the journal, whether published or not, and the journal is not obligated to return it to its owners, just as the editorial board alone has the right to classify works accepted for publication and distribute their publication to the issues of the journal according to what it deems appropriate in terms of arrangement, coordination and setting the date of publication.

- The journal is deposited, and the deposit and documentation institutions are registered in accordance with the applicable legal systems, whether they are national, Arab or international institutions.

- The owners of scientific works are granted (3) paper copies of the issue in which their scientific material was published, along with a letter from the editorial board chair stating that the work has been published electronically, indicating the issue of the journal and the year of publication.

- The journal publishes its printed and hardcover issues on the  journal’s website.

- The journal is deposited, and the deposit and documentation institutions are registered in accordance with the applicable legal systems, whether they are national, Arab or international institutions.

- The editorial board, the advisory committees, and the evaluators for scientific works are given scientific rewards for their work in the journal, in accordance with the rules and regulations in force at the university.

- The appendices attached to this system are considered an integral part of it and complementary to it, and the editorial board of the journal may amend what is stated in the appendices, and the amendments are considered an integral part of the list of procedures. The journal's correspondence shall be in the name of the editor-in-chief of the journal and at the addresses specified by the editorial board and announced on the cover of the journal.

- The journal is funded by the Economic and Social Research Bureau. The editorial board may, in the event of receiving support from donors, after obtaining the approval of the Director of the Economic and Social Research Bureau and notifying the advisory committee of the journal.
